Sonny, Katie and Lathan,

We wanted to thank you for all of the effort the three of you put into our custom home in Marsh Oaks. Your love of building and attention to detail was evident long before the first brick was laid as you helped us customize our plans to fit our needs. Once construction started, Sonny’s experience and Lathan’s carpentry skills allowed the building process to move along more smoothly than we could have imagined. And of course, Katie’s help through everything from the finances to picking out paint colors right down to choosing the door knob styles was invaluable, especially since we were living out of state for most of the construction period. We get many compliments on our home, especially on the details, and we couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out.

Picking up and moving a family to another state is stressful in itself. We truly feel lucky to have found Murdock Building & Design to make the building of our home in Wilmington a pleasant experience.
